At 41 years old, this is the only workout routine I have stuck to for an entire year.

"I joined Crossfit Onerous exactly one year ago today. At 41, this is the only exercise regimen I have stuck to for a whole year. I love working out with other people and the camaraderie among members! I don’t have to worry about what workout I’m going to do, and there are knowledgeable coaches ready to help me when I need it. All I need to do is show up, and I know I’m going to get in a great workout.
I really was in terrible shape when I started and was worried about “keeping up.” I couldn’t even do one pullup! However, members are encouraged to scale down the workouts to their individual level and that’s where I started. In last night's workout, I did 21 pullups and 10 chest-to-bar pullups with some other difficult movements in-between! Getting #bettereveryday"
